Club Draw

For golf clubs and golf trips

The men's night that runs itself.

Your guys RSVP with one tap. The teams draw themselves by handicap, the leaderboard goes live, and the season standings and pot keep themselves. All under your club's name.

Free for your group · no app for members to download · no credit card

Live at the Country Club of Oxford: 58 golfers out last Thursday. See the real board →

See it in action

This is what your members see.

One link opens your club's day: who is in, the handicap-balanced teams, and a leaderboard that moves as scores come in. No login, nothing to install.

  • Live leaderboard. Teams post scores from their phones and the board ranks by net all afternoon.
  • The Draw. Handicap-balanced teams in one tap, with a meter that shows how even they are.
  • Your brand. Your club's name, colors, and course photo on every screen.
  • The season race. Stakes, skins, and the standings all keep themselves.

Club Draw live leaderboard on a phone: teams ranked by net score during a Country Club of Oxford men's night, with the handicap-balanced Draw below.

Try it yourself

Draw a balanced field.

This is the Draw, the heart of Club Draw. Tap the button and watch eight golfers sort into handicap-balanced teams, the same way it happens at the club every week.

Eight players, four teams. Every draw is different, and every draw is balanced.

This is the text your guys get.

One text with a link. Tap it to score your round right from the course, with your dots already applied.

Try it. Tap the text below, then enter a score.

Club Draw

Your night, Team 5, 4:10 tee time. You're paired with Mike Reynolds.

Not playing all 18? Tailor the holes and the scorecard, par, and dots all follow.

Clubs do this all the time: tight daylight, a big turnout, or a course that just splits better this way. The 11-hole pattern here (holes 1-5 & 13-18) is a real shotgun setup, not a hypothetical.

Everything the weekly game needs

Less admin. More golf.

The whole day runs itself, from the invite to the pot. No spreadsheets, no chasing texts, no app for your members to download.

One-tap RSVP

Players tap IN or OUT from a text or email. No app, no logins, no chasing replies the night before.

The Draw

Handicap-balanced teams in one tap, and it won't pair the same guys together every week.

Live leaderboard

Teams score hole-by-hole from their phones. Everyone watches the board move all afternoon.

Season standings & the pot

Points race, monthly and season champions, and the prize pool, tracked automatically.

Your brand, not ours

Your club's name, colors, and course photo front and center. "Powered by Club Draw" is the only footprint.

Handicaps, handled

Import your GHIN roster and teams balance on real indexes. A weekly refresh keeps them current.

How it works

Three taps, start to finish.

1

Send the invite

One tap blasts your roster. Players reply IN or OUT in one tap, and you watch the list fill in live.

2

Draw the teams

Balanced by handicap, instantly. Don't love it? Re-roll for a different balanced set.

3

Play & watch

A live leaderboard during the round, then season standings and the pot update themselves after.

More than a weekly game

The draw brings the whole club together.

Left alone, a men's night hardens into the same foursomes every week. The Draw won't let it. Teams are drawn fresh each time, and it deliberately splits up the partners you just played with, so across a season you tee it up with the whole club, not just your usual crew.

For a club that keeps growing, that is how new members stop being strangers. Guys meet guys they would never have played with, and the Country Club of Oxford gets a little tighter every Thursday.

Why clubs use it

Built for a real club, not a demo.

Club Draw runs the real weekly men's night at the Country Club of Oxford. Two weeks after launch, here is the scoreboard.

127members joined in the first two weeks
48 → 58golfers out the first two Thursdays
$1,620in prize money settled by the app
0apps downloaded or spreadsheets kept
I built Club Draw to take our men's night off the group text and the spreadsheet. Players tap one link, the teams draw themselves by handicap, and the leaderboard runs live all afternoon. The club just shows up and plays.

The upgrade

More than a spreadsheet. More than a free app.

Questions

The stuff clubs ask first.

Do players need to download an app?
No. Players tap a link in a text or email to RSVP, see the teams, and post scores. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
Is the free tier really free?
Yes. Your group can run RSVPs, the handicap-balanced Draw, and the live leaderboard for $0, with no credit card. The Club plan ($399 a year, flat) adds your branding, season standings, the pot, GHIN roster import, and setup help.
Can I use it for a golf trip?
Yes. Your trip gets its own board: your group joins by one link, teams draw fresh each morning, every round scores live on that day's course, and the trip standings and money settle themselves. $195 flat if you set it up yourself, or $295 and we build the whole thing for you within a day.
How do handicaps work?
Import your roster with GHIN numbers and indexes (a CSV from your GHIN Admin report works), and the teams balance on real indexes. A weekly refresh keeps them current. No GHIN? The organizer can enter and adjust handicaps by hand.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few days. We stand up your branded men's night, then you share one link and players add themselves to the roster. No design project and no IT, and there is a real person to reach when you need one.
What if a player does not use a smartphone?
The organizer can mark anyone in or out and run their scoring from the admin board, so nobody gets left off the list.
Can we run our own format and stakes?
Yes. Two-man best ball, scramble, three or four-man, or individual, and you can change it week to week. Your stakes, weekly games, and season standings are all tracked your way.
Is it really our club's brand?
Yes. Your club's name, colors, and course photo are on every screen. A small “Powered by Club Draw” in the footer is the only sign of us.
