Club Draw is operated by Cochran Ventures LLC. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect and what we do with it. We do not sell your information to anyone.
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Those pages carry the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, which set cookies and tell Meta and Google that a visit or an action happened, so we can measure whether our advertising works. You can limit this in your Facebook ad settings, in your Google account settings, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Blocking them does not stop any part of Club Draw from working.
We use it to run the product you asked for, to reply to you, and to measure our advertising. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to data brokers. We share it only with the services that make the product run: Stripe for payment, Resend for email, Twilio for text messages, Google Analytics and Meta for measurement, and Cloudflare for hosting.
League and trip data stays for as long as your group is using Club Draw. Enquiries are kept while we are talking and for a reasonable period after. Ask us to delete your information and we will, apart from anything we are required to keep for tax or accounting.
You can ask us what we hold on you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@clubdrawgolf.com and we will handle it.
Club Draw is meant for adults organising golf. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
